Argentina's new president, Javier Miley, has proposed a bill that would require citizens to declare their domestic and foreign cryptocurrency assets.
Citizens who submit a declaration before March 31 of the next year will pay a 5% rate.
If the declaration is submitted after November 30, it will increase to 15%.
