Circle is considering an IPO in early 2024, according to Bloomberg sources.

The company is already conducting relevant negotiations.

Circle also wanted to go public last year by merging with Concord Acquisition Corp, but the deal fell through.

At that time, Circle's valuation was $9 billion.
