According to Bloomberg, law firm Sullivan & Cromwell will be appointed as an independent monitor for Binance.

Sullivan & Cromwell is also handling the FTX bankruptcy case.

The Company will monitor Binance's compliance with its plea agreement and take steps to address weaknesses in its anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance systems.
