According to Bloomberg, Terraform Labs has agreed to pay $4.47 billion to settle a lawsuit filed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The SEC asked a federal judge to approve the settlement with Terraform, which was reached after a jury found the company and Do Kwon guilty.
