Venture Smart plans to launch its own spot Bitcoin ETF in Hong Kong

Hong Kong-based Venture Smart Financial Holdings Limited plans to launch its own spot Bitcoin ETF during the first quarter of 2024, according to Bloomberg.

The company expects to raise $500 million into the fund by the end of the year.
