Celsius announced that it has begun distributing $3 billion in assets to its creditors in accordance with its approved plan of reorganization.

As part of this plan, some of this money will be used to create a new mining company, Ionic Digital, which will be owned by creditors.

Ionic will be controlled by Hut 8.
