Circle Strategic Director and Head of Global Policy Dante Dispart wrote an official letter to Senators Sherrod Brown and Elizabeth Warren, where he announced that the company does not cooperate with Justin Sun, the TRON Foundation and Huobi Global.

Dante said Circle stopped serving Sun's subsidiaries in February 2023.

Earlier, the nonprofit ethics group Campaign for Accountability wrote a letter accusing Circle of collaborating with Sun.

The group also stated that Circle serves San's projects, which are used for money laundering and terrorist financing.
