Federal Judge Amy Berman Jackson, overseeing the US Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) lawsuit against Binance, will conduct a judicial review of whether digital assets are securities.

As part of the hearing, Jackson will hear all arguments from the SEC and Binance US about which assets and staking products constitute securities.
