On December 25, Osaka Digital Exchange (ODX) will begin trading digital securities in Japan through the issuance of security tokens.

The Tokyo company Ichigo will sell securities worth more than $20 million. The securities will be secured by investments in real estate.

The Japanese company Kenedix will begin offering a similar product.

Such small launches will help gauge demand in the market, ODX said.
