Do Kwon's lawyers asked the court to dismiss the case, which was brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

According to lawyers, the SEC failed to prove that Terraform Labs and Kwon offered securities.

The court previously rejected Terraform Labs' request to dismiss the case.
