The US Federal Reserve (FRS) is threatening to sue Bitcoin Magazine.

The Fed claims that the publication is misleading and violates trademark law by using the FedNow payment system mark on its merchandise.

Bitcoin Magazine does use the FedNow mark.

According to the magazine, this is their way of making fun of government surveillance. Bitcoin Magazine also stated that they do not plan to change anything, citing the First Amendment of the US Constitution.
