Genesis Global has filed a petition with bankruptcy court asking for permission to sell $1.6 billion of shares in Grayscale trusts.

In particular, the company wants to sell GBTC worth ~$1.4 billion and Grayscale Ethereum Fund worth approximately $165 million.
