The company's goal is to optimize the fund's structure to convert it into a spot Bitcoin ETF.

Today, the company has changed the method of charging management fees from monthly to daily.

Grayscale has also allowed the pooling of assets into a single account, which will allow for smoother creation and redemption of shares. This system is used in Coinbase Custody.
