On November 30, Kraken will suspend all transactions related to USDT, DAI, WBTC, WETH and WAXL in Canada.

Already on December 4, users will not be able to withdraw these assets, and on December 5, the remaining tokens will be converted into dollars.

According to the company, this move is due to recent changes in Canadian legislation.

In August, Coinbase took similar action and stopped trading USDT, DAI and RAI, after which CryptoCom also delisted USDT.

In turn, OKX and Binance announced that they were leaving the Canadian market.
