Barry Silbert and Mark Murphy are resigning from Grayscale's board of directors.

According to analysts, this was the requirement of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to convert the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) into a spot Bitcoin ETF.
