According to DL News, Nigeria's Department of State Security detained at least two Binance employees and confiscated their passports (US and British).

Earlier, Nigerian authorities accused a number of crypto exchanges of currency speculation and blocked access to them.

The Nigerian regulator has also repeatedly accused Binance of operating illegally.
