Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said the company is exploring opportunities for an IPO outside the United States.

However, all these plans are now on hold and will be implemented after the case with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is completed.

Garlinghouse also expects that a new head of the SEC will come in and the company will be able to operate in the United States.
