The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said Binance's deal with other US authorities only strengthened the agency's case.

Previously, Changpeng Zhao and Binance asked the court to dismiss the SEC's lawsuit.

Now Zhao has pleaded guilty to facilitating money laundering.
