The head of investment at Valkyrie, Stephen McClurg, suggested that the SEC will approve applications to launch a spot Bitcoin ETF by the end of the month.

Given the latest amendments to the application, McClurg expects the SEC to issue another round of comments in the next few weeks, potentially laying the groundwork for approval of the application by the end of November.

On October 30, Valkyrie filed an updated registration statement (S-1) with the SEC describing the Valkyrie ETF.
