A Virgin Islands court has frozen the assets of failed fund Three Arrows Capital (3AC) for $1.14.

The firm's founders, Su Zhu, Kyle Davis and his wife Kelly Chen, are prohibited from moving the blocked funds.

It is expected that the company's liquidators will be able to restore 45.7% of assets.

Su Zhu was previously arrested in Singapore.
