The Court of Appeal of Montenegro annulled the decision to extradite Do Kwon
The Montenegro Court of Appeal has overturned permission to extradite Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon to the United States or South Korea.
The case must now be returned to the Podgorica court for a retrial.
