The US Department of Energy will suspend its investigation into the consumption of energy resources by miners.

In particular, the court sided with Riot Blockchain and a local industry group.

A day earlier, the Ministry of Energy decided to conduct a survey among mining companies and collect data of interest to the regulator.

However, Riot and the Texas Blockchain Council (TBC) said these requirements harm businesses and violate their privacy.
