Yesterday a transaction was carried out with 1000 bitcoins that had lain without movement for more than ten years. And this is not the only transaction involving such old bitcoins recently.

Over the past few months, more than 13 such transactions have been completed. It's amazing that this is happening during an uptrend, with Bitcoin rising on news of an ETF.

A similar pattern occurred during the 2021 bull market. This was a time when the price of Bitcoin was rising sharply and there were many transactions in Bitcoins older than 10 years. The market seems to be in a similar phase now.

Oh, and the chart also shows two notable trades that look like panic selling around the (temporary) bottom. These trades of 2,200 and 3,741 BTC occurred at a time when Bitcoin was experiencing a sharp decline.
