The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a motion in federal court asking for summary judgment in the case against Binance.

The SEC believes that its cases against Terraform Labs and Do Kwon are of a similar nature to those against Binance, Binance US and Changpeng Zhao.

In the case against Terra, the court sided with the SEC.
