Unknown people hacked a wallet associated with Binance

A ZachXBT analyst discovered that $27 million in USDT was stolen from a wallet associated with Binance.

The assets were converted to ETH through various protocols and then to Bitcoin through THORChain.

The wallet received funds from the Binance smart contract deployer address in May 2019.

Potentially, one of Binance’s third-party wallets could have become a victim of the hack.
