The US Attorney's Office submitted a sentencing memorandum for Binance and Changpeng Zhao.

Prosecutors want the court to accept the plea deal.

According to the authorities, Binance must be under surveillance for up to five years.

Zhao's sentence is expected to be no more than 18 months.
