Venture Smart Financial Holdings (VSFG) is in the final stages of filing for a spot Bitcoin ETF in Hong Kong.

The company noted that if the Bitcoin spot fund is approved, then in the second quarter of this year VSFG will submit a similar application for Ethereum.
