Wormhole announced the start of cooperation with processor manufacturer AMD.

As part of the partnership, AMD will provide its AMD FPGA hardware accelerators for Wormhole.

The equipment will help ensure scalability of the protocol. Wormhole and AMD will also release lightweight clients based on ZK proofs, which will facilitate cross-chain interaction.
